ATOS先導(dǎo)型溢流閥 Pilot-operated Pressure Relief Valve
先導(dǎo)型溢流閥有多種結(jié)構(gòu)是一種典型的三節(jié)同心結(jié)構(gòu)先導(dǎo)型溢流閥,它由先導(dǎo)閥(Pilot Valve)和主閥(Main Valve)兩部分組成。錐式先導(dǎo)閥1、主閥芯上的阻尼孔(固定節(jié)流孔)5及調(diào)壓彈簧9一起構(gòu)成先導(dǎo)級(jí)半橋分壓式壓力負(fù)反饋控制,負(fù)責(zé)向主閥芯6的上腔提供經(jīng)過先導(dǎo)閥穩(wěn)壓后的主級(jí)指令壓力P2。主閥芯是主控回路的比較器,上端面作用有主閥芯的指令力P2A2,下端面作為主回路的測壓面,作用有反饋力P1A1,其合力可驅(qū)動(dòng)閥芯,調(diào)節(jié)溢流口的大小,zui后達(dá)到對(duì)進(jìn)口壓力P1進(jìn)行調(diào)壓和穩(wěn)壓的目的。
YF型三節(jié)同心先導(dǎo)型溢流閥結(jié)構(gòu)圖(管式)1—錐閥(Pilot Valve)(先導(dǎo)閥);2—錐閥座(Poppet Seat);3—閥蓋(Valve Cap);4—閥體(Valve Body);5—阻尼孔(Orifice);6—主閥芯(Main Spool);7—主閥座(Main Valve Seat);8—主閥彈簧(Main Spring);9—調(diào)壓(Adjustment Spring) (先導(dǎo)閥)彈簧;10—調(diào)節(jié)螺釘;工作時(shí),液壓力同時(shí)作用于主閥芯及先導(dǎo)閥芯的測壓面上。當(dāng)先導(dǎo)閥1未打開時(shí),閥腔中油液沒有流動(dòng),作用在主閥芯6上下兩個(gè)方向的壓力相等,但因上端面的有效受壓面積A2大于下端面的有效受壓面積A1,主閥芯在合力的作用下處于zui下端位置,閥口關(guān)閉。當(dāng)進(jìn)油壓力增大到使先導(dǎo)閥打開時(shí),液流通過主閥芯上的阻尼孔5、先導(dǎo)閥1流回油箱。由于阻尼孔的阻尼作用,使主閥芯6所受到的上下兩個(gè)方向的液壓力不相等,主閥芯在壓差的作用下上移,打開閥口,實(shí)現(xiàn)溢流,并維持壓力基本穩(wěn)定。調(diào)節(jié)先導(dǎo)閥的調(diào)壓彈簧9,便可調(diào)整溢流壓力。
